This 2007 custom built, luxury home with fabulous views is located about 30 miles SW of Asheville. The property is at a private and scenic elevation of approximately 4200 ft. yet only 10 minutes from charming, downtown Waynesville. Paved access makes for convenient trips to town where guests are likely to enjoy quaint festivals, wonderful restaurants and unique shops.
The house was designed with views in mind and is decorated with upscale furnishings and bedding. To celebrate the changing landscape, interior and exterior decor is updated throughout the year to reflect the special pleasures of each season.
Whether it is spring, summer, winter or fall, guests are likely to enjoy this well-appointed vacation home. The gourmet kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, gas range/convection oven, granite countertops and a butler’s pantry. The 2-story great room features leather furniture, a stone fireplace, HDTV/Satellite and expansive views.
The romantic at heart will find the master suite a true delight. Unwind in the 2-person whirlpool tub, relax in the luxurious bedding or simply drift off to sleep by the cozy firelight. Additional guests desiring privacy enjoy their own space on the second floor. Choose between the lodge-themed queen bedroom or the garden-themed bedroom. (Note: The XL twin beds can be converted into a king.) An alarm system is also available for guest security.
Vacationers will find plenty of entertainment options! For children and gamers, there is a game room upstairs that includes air hockey, a two-person basketball game, electronic darts and a game table for board games and jigsaw puzzles. Golfers are likely to enjoy more time on the links and less time in the car. The Waynesville Country Club is only a five minute drive and there are 4 additional courses within 30 minutes. The entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway is approximately 15 minutes from our doorstep. Maggie Valley is close by for additional entertainment activities. Asheville featuring the Biltmore House, NC arboretum, resturants and shopping is only 30 minutes away.
