Rates:

Value Season (January-May; September, November, December)
$995 per week (Cleaning fee included, taxes additional); 3-nights $595

Peak Season (Memorial Day Week; June-August; Labor Day Week; October) -
$1,195 per week (Cleaning fee included, taxes additional); 3-nights $695

Holidays - (July 4; Thanksgiving; Christmas; New Year's) -
$1,295 per week (Cleaning fee included, taxes additional); one-week minimum unless availability exists within two weeks of desired booking date

A $50 discount (off full week rate or $25 off 3-night rate) will be offered to any returning guest as our way of saying thank you for coming back. In addition, a $50 referral bonus for full week stay or $25 for 3-night stay will be mailed to any former guest who refers a new guest. The new guest must identify the name and address of the referring guest at the time of their booking and the bonus will be sent after the return of the security deposit.
